Hello, I am Mrs. Burgos, also known as Mrs. B. I am a 4th Grade Math and Science teacher at Charter School at Waterstone.
I have a strong passion to educate young minds and help them blossom into well rounded, responsible, and successful individuals. My greatest strengths include inspiring and motivating students. I have become proficient in designing creative and stimulating lesson plans, which accommodates multiple intelligence's, brings a hands-on approach to learning, and keeps students interested and focused. I believe strongly in tailoring lesson plans to meet the interests of diverse students, as well as demonstrating direct connections between the classroom and everyday life.

I am a firm believer in the word "T.E.A.M." (Together Everyone Achieves More). Students are encouraged to work cooperatively in our classroom. Cooperative Learning has enormous positive effects on academic achievement, as well as social development and relationships.
